The NCX.com folks who run a market for the sale of harvest deferral credits says they will not be hosting the program in 2023. Folks who use or know of other groups that do this, can you please list them here? Thanks.

No. We no longer plan to host a nationwide one-year harvest deferral program in 2023. We are working with project developers who are interested in Improved Forest Management (IFM) projects, Afforestation, Reforestation, Regeneration (ARR) and biodiversity projects. As new programs become available in your area, we will notify you by email and within the platform directly. As such, we encourage participants to add landowners@ncx.com to their email contact list and keep an eye on their NCX account for updates to the onboarding process for new opportunities.
