I watch a lot of YouTube and AG1 is heavily advertised there . . so I bought it and just started taking it . . it says it's a multivitamin , multimineral , probiotics , probiotics , greens , superfoods , stress adaptogens , functional mushrooms , antioxidants
It comes in a powder and you mix it with water . . just wondering everyone opinion ?
I have not tried it but let us know how it works for you.
