I picked it up from Madsen's, they order the 372 saw from Husqvarna with full wrap handles and falling dogs. I wanted about 20 inches of usable bar, to get it, I had to get a 24 inch bar.
Some question:
The instruction book says to grease the needle bearing in the clutch every week of use. They do not give any instructions for getting at this bearing, need help!
Was surpriced to find that this saw has "an integrated speed governor", it is set at 13600 max rpm.
Any suggestions on Break-In and % of oil to mix. All my other 2 cycle use 40 to 1, his saw says to use 50 to 1. Any thoughts on using the 40 to 1 mix.
As far as I know there was never a 372 that had "an integrated speed governor". Are you sure about this? Where, if at all, did it say this?

The speed control is listed in the Husqvarna Operator's manual (EPA II) dated 2004-01-26. It does have it, they had a tack on the saw and you could see it and here it limit the RPM.

Remove the clutch cover that sits over the oil pump. The directions on my 365 shows you can grease it with a gun, you can not.
When you put the cover back, make sure you line up the notches with the plastic (!) oil pump arm.
Do you need a puller to remove the cover?
No, just remove a small E clip (needle nose is best here), washer, drive sprocket, then the clutch cover.
Looking at the on-line Bailey's catalog, these things to be greased are listed as "Drive Sprocket Bearings"
There should be a hole drilled in the end of the crankshaft. You grease it like you would a tip sprocket. One or two pumps will do it, don't fill the clutch with grease.
It seems rebocardo and I had the same guy working on the crankshafts of our saws. My 372 need to have the clutch taken off as well to grease the bearing. The hole in the end of the crankshaft doesn't lead anywhere...

so then your 372 must have the 575 coil in it , I would set the saw at 13500 once broken in and up to that time alittle richer to help her break in
