How do I convert a large 30x80 greenhouse for proper drying?

Thanks.

assuming you have equipment to move bunks of lumber, you need a big door and concrete or timbers that are flat/level to set them on.  you need fans for venting, and fans to blow through the stacks, and meters for reading greenhouse conditions like RH and temperature.  you may need to vent for moisture and or temperature.  and meters to read the wood MC.

How many board feet of lumber do you plan to dry at a time?

Hardwoods or softwoods? Species?

Thickness ?

Green houses are not insulated.
Will take a lot of heat to keep the temp up at night or a cloudy day.
They do not keep the heat in at all. when the sun goes down the temp drops quick!!!!!
We had one that we sold out of for about 3-4 years.
