If I had not known exactly what this was when I pulled them out of the deep freeze, I don't think I would of. ffcheesy
Beecraft made me a batch of Texas Twinkies just after the pigroast from the pork belly bacon he made trimmed before the hog and I were roasted , but since I was in da u.p. they were froze.
12 minutes at 400° in the air fryer and they were awesome. Jalapeños stuffed with marinated brisket and cheddar, wrapped in the homemade bacon.

You might have to twist my arm " Okay, Okay. That's enough. I'll try one." ffcheesy
Looks good to me.
I'd try them! Even though I just five minutes ago disposed of a dead mouse, and that was my first thought when I saw the photo. ffcheesy
I would!
I think the look really tasty!
Oh, they were awesome after 12 minutes in the airfryer at 400° It was just the hickory dickory doc appearance when there were froze.
