Thanks Joe, and Jeff!
Thank you Joe.
Thank you to you and Woodmizer.
yes, and thanks woodmizer
Pretty good odds of winning a box of blades for our premiunm subscription members. Almost the same as they were for the cant hook.
Good luck! Hopefully we get sime more competition for you yet!
Giving this a bump. Only 2 days left to get your subscription done if you haven't already. Jeepers, the value of these blad4es far exceeds to cost of a subscription. Such a deal AND you are supporting the Forum!
Getting close! Jeremy is on the lookout for any sub aps that come in to try and get you in under the wire for this drawing. :)

This is exciting. I'm looking forward to get back to milling this summer and low on resharpenable blades.
I have to check the size and get back in touch.

sprucebunny, CONGRATULATIONS!
Glad to hear you are getting back to sawing and a box of new sharp blades will get you started nicely.
Happy sawing!
Congratulations and thank you Joe Maine.
I talked to Joe Maine of south Georgia today. Thanks again !
And thanks for the congratulations ffsmiley
I'm still need to measure a blade and figure out where to ship them to since my driveway is too scary for anyone to deliver in the winter.
The blades came yesterday. Going to be a while before I can use them as there is about a foot and a half of snow on the ground.
Thanks again, Joe and the Forestry Forum ffcool

Which blades did you choose?
 Thanks
I didn't ask for anything special and I haven't opened the box. I got 10 degree, .045.
Have some kinda dry r.oak to saw, more red oak coming down and a big pine log. Always lots of red maple around but I have no use for it other than maybe stickers( Don't really have plans for the oak, either... and it's probably not good to make plans before I see what's in there ! )
Still have to get the mill off it's trailer and on to some blocking, buy a battery, maybe evict some mice and wasps.
Despite lots of effort, the centrifical clutch still doesn't work... can't get the engine idle low enough for it to disengage so I'm going to start and stop it a lot.
When you say you can't get it to idle low enough for the clutch to disengage, is that with or without a blade?
If without, then with, maybe there will be enough drag to stop it?
Thanks for the thoughts but the clutch has never disengaged. I've had it apart several times and called the clutch manufacturer.
I just haven't taken the leap to an electric clutch yet. I think I looked into it and it was complicated or expensive. But I much dislike having to go out in front of the spinning blade !!
