Any recommendations for inexpensive Resaw to split thicker slabs of lumber or beams into thinner 1x stock? Could either be belt-fed with stationary band-saw head (woodwork factory style) or something more sawmillish where the bandsaw head moves and the slab stays fixed.
Not required but If the machine were accurate enough I'd even like to use it for engineered door stile skins 3/16" thick. But if I could just quickly resaw thicker stock into decent 1x stock I'd be happy.
I did a manual resaw attachment gismo last week
