Title: Cat 559 stabilizer problem

Hey y'all, having some problems with our cat 559. Stabilizers, saw and  de-limber are currently not working. Anybody ever run into this problem?

considering all three of those things are routed through the swivel, that would probably be a good place to start looking. ok
