Title: A while back, a discussion on "carry saws"
Post by: weimedog on May 07, 2025, 03:59:56 PM
How much weight do I want to carry.....saw, gear, fuel etc. Either a lighter saw that sucks the fuel with extra fuel, or a heavier one the gets more work done for the same amount of weight....just working thru some of this real time on video.. :)

If my old 372 was worth rebuilding I'd carry it everywhere!

Well, I haven't chucked it but it's got lots of hours.  Probably full top and bottom end plus the tank/handle has suffered significan't trauma.  Hard to justify the cost compared to a new 562, as far as a work saw goes.  I might still send it out for rebuild and Walkerizing someday just for giggles.
