on that other forum. lady had a guy tell her it's worth 2k but she only wants 1500 for it.  Why wouldn't the guy that told her it's worth 2k buy it if she only wants 1500??????  That's the steal of the century at that price :D :D

$3.35 a bdft for green walnut, not even sawn yet.  You add sawing charges and your $4 a bdft green, $5 airdried in a year!!!!  I'm in the wrong business  Hahahaha
