Hi everyone,
I just wanted to introduce myself — my name is Jordan, and I'm excited to be the new Sales and Customer Support representative at iDry Kilns. I've recently joined the team and am here to assist anyone with questions about our vacuum kiln systems, drying processes, or anything related to iDry support.
Whether you're already using an iDry or just curious about how it works, feel free to reach out. I'm looking forward to connecting with the amazing folks here in the forestry and sawmill community.
Thanks, and talk soon!
Best regards,
Jordan

I spent around 1/2 day visiting with Jim Parker and touring your facility six years ago. Impressive operation, to say the least.

yes we recommend using a standard steel container. All of the containers we provide and suggest that others do when purchasing their own is paint the outside and use a 3in closed cell spray foam on the inside. This prevents rusting and helps with dry times and airflow.
