Come to New Zealand, We don't have moose although there are rumours of some way down in Fijordland but we have lots of deer, no limit and no season.

We also don't tip for service anywhere.

Moose season is almost here.  But right now I'll have to settle for elk season.   It opened up this morning and I wished I could be out there right now but have to wait for a couple of calls and wait for the rest of my hunting partners to get here later on this morning.   I have been out scouting for these nice elk for a while and have seen a couple of beautiful herd bulls.   JUST CAN"T WAIT TILL THIS AFTERNOON TILL I CAN GET OUT THERE.

Years ago, in Northern Ontario,  I saw a moose that some poor guy had bagged with his Kenworth.  The moose wasn't too bad, dead but not too mangled but the Kenworth-- what a mess :(

I dont think he had a permit either ;)
