This appears to be some some sort of Vibernum, but may be Tupelo as well.

No, just some Vibernum leaves I think.  Do you see a cockroach in there somewhere?

You know what I'm thinking? Well I'll tell you what I'm thinking. Those things can outrun a horse for 50 yards, so I'm thinking......SOMEONE IS TO DanG CLOSE!!!!! :o :o

I didn't know Vibernum could outrun a horse, charlie.

That reminds me of the little boy and his Dad that were taking a walk through the forrest.  

The Dad asked the boy what he would do if they came across a bear.

"Run like everything" said the boy.

"there's no way you can outrun a bear" says Dad.

Boy replys "don't have to outrun the bear------just have to outrun you".

Shoulda bought a Sony Charlie, I believe thats the picture of Vibernum I took when I was in Florida and sent back to Mr. Tom.

I took it from clear across a big ditch cause there was some stuff that look liked poison ivy I'd had to got through to get closer.

Yep, your right, Jeff.  That is the picture you took from the road.  

Here is a picture you took from inside of the Lodge.  Stacy is posing against a wall of cypress that has a Palmetto frond and cattails mounted on it.  A bunch of poincettias are on the table.
