I have been searching the internet, but not having much success, all I need is the dual port front cover or something equal. I have gotten various part numbers off this web site and stihl directly, and my local saw shop says these are not valid numbers. Or should i just send it to get it Walkerized? Thanks for the help

The P/N is 1128 140 0801. It's item 11 on page 4 of the 460 IPL. They're still available, as I got one brand new on my new 440 last March. If your dealer is a moron and can't get it for you, let me know, send me $25 ($18 +$7 shipping) and I'll go buy you one and send it to you. You'll also see them on ebay every so often.
The other thing is that you don't need to buy the entire muffler. They may be trying to sell you a whole new muffler. The new cover will bolt right on to the muffler you have. Don't let them tell you otherwise.
