Thanks

Wow thats a really good deal to bad I just spent all my moneey on Christmas gifts, this would have made a better one I'll have to go check the bank account...I'll get back to ya.Is there any chance you would sell on of the saws..??
Thanks Rob.
How would you describe the condition of the saws?
hi
the 372 has 7 months of daily felling use on it and was well maintained the 288 13 months of daily bucking use also with great maintince. I owned a saw shop so they came in for service every night. they are well used but also well taken care of. I would not be afraid to put eather saw out there for felling use every day and know that I could count on them.
I will print your list out woody and post it in the mill office where the loggers come in for scale tickets. The PA address might scare em off. To bad you don't have some sort of shipping weight estimate.
I can deliver for a small fee
thanks Jeff
If you part out or if we're speaking up to gang up an order, I need a set of chaps. Could the tire chains be modified for a tractor tire?
what size tractor tire?
Its dark out but if memory serves 12.6/28
hi don
I can swap them out for a set I have that fit 18.4 x 26 these should go right on. they may rap a little further down the side wall. do you have enough power to turn a heavy set of skidder chains
Thanks woody
Beats me :D
I've got enough go to chain boards under the wheels and drag itself out of the mud.
Just had more ice/snow skiing fun than I wanted yesterday and some more traction would help at times in the woods. Its just a little MF35 on my 36 acres of mountainside.
Don
how many HP ?
I think about 35 hp
these chains might be too heavy for 35 hp
It was starting to sound that way, oh well, was hoping I could help us both out. Let me know if you want to get shed of a set of chaps though.
sure thing don thanks
hey smwwoody, Sounds like a good deal, hows come ur selling everything?? Im from St. Marys, and currently going to school in williamsport for forestry. Typical college student with no money but if i had the money sounds like the only thing else i need is the skidder and i'm ready. But oh well. i guess. Later
TIM
Shoot me an instant message if it hasn't sold yet. We need to talk. I'll be home tomorrow evening (Friday) and give you a call if that stuff is still for sale.
What part of pa is the stuff located?
Gordon
Yo Gordon! We have this member map thing now. It lets you click on a users name and see what part of Pennsylvania they are in. ;)
aint it cool? 8)
Thanks for the heads up Jeff. :-[ Cool feature
Bad news is that it's a Seven hour drive to his place. Tomorrow will tell the story I guess.
Gordon
Hi Tim
I sold the skidders and I am getting out of the logging end of it. This will pay for my truck license that are due this month They are $1490.00 that leaves me 10 bucks for a few greenies ;D
Woody
TEXTI HEAR YA ABOUT THE GREENIES!!!! ;D
Gordon, 7 hours? thats one day round trip in less then a day. If you get woody to meet you half way its only 3 and a half hours one way. thats only one and a half bad sunday morning movies. :) you would have watched if you had not gone.
If'n you can get woody to buy lunch and visit for an hour, you get a deal, he gets money to buy a Christmas goose and you both get to meet a forum member which is ultimately the finest part of the transaction. 8)
What-a-salesman. :D
