Title: Server is SSLLLLOOOOOWWWW
Post by: RichlandSawyer on June 12, 2006, 01:38:59 PM
HI Jeff,

Is it just me or is the FF server really slow lately? I've gotten a lot of error messages in the past few weeks but today i feel like i'm on dial-up again. AAAHHHH the good ole days.

I haven't noticed a slow down on my end, maybe it's your ISP server that is bogging down?

We had a lag for a few minutes earlier then what you posted today, but for the most part in the last 7 days things have been rather normal.

Jeff,

Are we ever "rather normal"? I would consider this a fairly abnormal group if you really want to know the truth...  ::)

Well not sure what was up, when i made the initial post it took so long after i hit post i got a timeout error. Right now everything is going just fine. I even tried your bandwidth speed test and it wouldnt run at all. I was going between here and other websights and they were loading at normal speed. I just did the bandwidth test again and it was 1224 kbp so any who not sure what the problem was.

If you use the bandwidth test when you are having connection problems it will fail, as its still a connection to this server. :)
