First this is not my place! Check out this log yard. This is a haven for wood bugs and rot of all types. Unbelievable. I hope the pictures came out OK on the scan. I still can't believe the extent to which the logs/ slabs, ramble on and on. WOW. Wonder how many termite colonies this supports.

Doesn't look like a log yard, more like a dump :D. Regardless, termites gotta eat too aye??? :D :D :D :D :D
Listen Reid, if you ever came here, you would lose your mind. I have three times that in my log yard and relish the critters. I get more money for the boards, that way. With the spalting taking place it value multipys even better. 8)
By the way, I still have the 6' Coastal Redwood burl, waiting for you to come and slab into tables. ;D
I have a pretty big slab pile myself, but Florida has a burn ban going on right now and I cant get rid of them. As soon as we get some decent rain, it will all go up in smoke :)
The solution for this site would be burning. The debis and logs go on for ......maybe 4 acres. It really is amazing.

Frank,
I thought that was Tammy's burl?? ;)
