What should a guy charge for 7x9 cedar beams in 10 to 30 ft. lengths? I think I have a few trees that would make beams that long, beleive it or not. Although most would be only up to 20 ft.
Thanks in advance.
Haytrader,
A 7x9x30 would run about $160.00 and a 7x9x20 would be $90.00 and a 7x9x10 would be about $40.00. The longer the beam the more per bdft as there is fewer of them. I cut a 6x6x24 one time and it broke in half when I picked it up. Now I piggy back them with a pine timber and tie them tight.
You left the screen door opened and it was really cold here this morning.
