Today I have received in the mail a picture of Jointer and planer from Logosol it is seem to be it is new product. I have looked at the specification could not find too much about this machine. The only things they wrote that the jointer blades about 12 inch which is fairly good. But the problem I had contacted the Logosol in Sweden regarding the jointer/planer combo they told me that do not have any broacher yet. Dose anybody on the forum owns machine like this from Logosol and how about the quality.
Alsayyed, look on the Drying and Processing board. Several of our members have these machines, and there is some discussion of it there. The machine has been in production for several years, and enjoys a fine reputation.
Thank you for your answer this machine is manfuctured recently. this is the reason they do not have any catalog yet.

You're thinking of the Planer/Moulder's which as you say have been available here for several years.
As of now there isn't a Logosol machine currently available in the US referred to as a jointer or jointer/planer, but given the quality of their other tools I expect it's a good machine.
They do have a newer model here called The Solo Planer (http://www.logosol.com/webb/planers/3001a-sh230.php), it's a "Dimensional Planer/Moulder". Basically a planer that accepts moulding inserts and has a circular ripsaw mounted at one end of the planer to size lumber. The edge cut by the circular saw will be 90° to the planed face and parallel to the opposite side, which isn't quite the same as a jointer which will make the edge 90° to one face and straight.
