What's the best way to get to the 361 limiter caps and what's the procedure after that? I'd like to be able to fine tune the carb a little better than I can now. Will the carb stay in ajustment with the caps removed or is this going to be an on-going hassle every time I need to re-tune? Thanks....Bob

I am not going to tell you to do it but lots of people carefully grind the ears off the caps. The screws won't stay in place with the caps removed.
