In school we used to refer to those that seemed above average in intelligence as "Bubbleheads" Now it seems that the term is saved for blonds.
I ain't figured our 30,000th poster out, and have not really asked him but I just have a couple feelings that maybe he can verify. Or not ;)
I think he is a bubblehead. :D I don't know where I get this, it ain't from his profile but I get the feeling that he was either in governmental forestry, maybe state level? Or in Education at the collegiate level. I may be totally wrong. Maybe he was just a bat buyer for the Brewers. Anyway Beenthere seems to fit my definition of a bubblehead. Above average in the smarts department.
Beenthere have you been slammed here or applauded? I'm not even sure but you are definitely being recognized for probably the most monumental thing you have ever done. Being the Forestry Forums 30,000 poster. 8)
So in honor of your greatest moment I present to the forum thee
Beenthere Bubblehead game. (https://forestryforum.com/beenthere)
We really need a tongue in cheek smiley. ;)
That's fun !!!
Okay, I "beenthere" and now have a wrist that wants to get some different kind of exercise. It was fun, and thanks for the "experience". ;D ;D
I can accept that being a "bubblehead" is an honor among the FF friends. Jeff, your premonitions are probably pretty close, at least some of them.
What do I gotta do get a team of wild Horses??
I think I just spent an hour popping bubbles.
Thanks, Jeff! Just what I needed - another way to pass time on the internet!

Yeah, should hit it by this time next week :D :D ;D
DanG! I know there is a way to reference a previous post and get that neat box around it but I forgot how - must be the age thing happening.
How do I do that?
two ways.
You can either go to the post you want to refer to and click the quote button (its right next to the modify button) this opens a reply window with the other post in it in its entirety between the tags that make the nifty box. You can then either edit that down to the text you want to leave.
Or
You can copy the text you want to quote, open up a reply and click the insert quote button (looks like this (https://forestryforum.com/YaBBImages/quote2.gif)) and paste between the tags.
Thanks, Jeff. How many more do I got to go? ;D
Heck, you aint got ta wait ta get to 40,000. Just send me a picture. Ask Chet. ;D
