Turkey tom marrow.
Headed north to hunt spring gobbler.
Good luck, ours opens next tuesday :)
Youth day on the 28th,and everyone else after that.I had a guy call me and ask me if he could hunt on my land.I haven't been seeing many this year. They only showed up here on my land about 4 years ago.I don't hunt, but don't mind if someone does on my land.
Went north Sat. It was chilly (50 F) and wet. Didn't see anyone or hear any birds.
Try again next Sat. Should keep getting warmer all week.
I shot my turkey Wednesday. It weighed 20 lbs and scored 12 and 6/16 for CBM. Its makes the fourth book tom I have shot in Michigan. 8)
