Title: good price for dolmar 7900
Post by: Old TimberCutter on January 25, 2008, 08:01:38 AM
Whats a good price for a 7900?  I checked with my local dealer and his price was $725. Was not to impressed with them, as he couldnt even tell me what kind of warranty the saw had and didnt seem very interested in selling me one.  So at this point I will go with the best price . Any info on where I can get a good deal on one would be appreciated. THANKS

My local dealer is $689 with 24" (I think was the bar).

I know of a really good dealer that is a little cheaper if you need info PM.

If I could own only one saw and it had to be stock, it would be the Dolmar 7900 hands down.  I am just a homeowner type cutter though.  :o

I would spend more time looking for a knowledgeable dealer. You may or may not get the lowest price up front but the savings will come later.

We're at $679 with a 20" bar and chain.  List is $719 powerhead only.
