Title: Air Tool Lube Question?
Post by: Mike_P. on April 15, 2008, 09:39:54 AM
Has anyone used Rust Reaper on their airtools?

Early last month a customer called and reordered a gallon of Rust Reaper.  He explained that they had an orchard and used Rust Reaper to lubricate their pneumatic pruners.  He was using an inline oiler and going through 150' hose and very happy with the result.  I expect that it would be a good airline lube, friendly to seals and travelling well through the system.

Any feedback or experiences that anyone has had would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Mike

I've been using RR in my air tools for a while now.  I can't really say for sure whether it is doing a better job than the C/H Air Tool Oil I had been using, since I wasn't having a problem anyway.
