G'day Keef,
Get in touch with Levin Sawmakers, Phone: 06-368 2494, or email at info@timbersaws.co.nz and talk to Chris.  They have the Oregon RA rip chain by the loop, or roll.  Good prices too.  Thats what I use, and cant speak highly enough of it!
They will send a catalogue on request, and do heaps of good chainsaw stuff.
Hope this helps.
Cheers
Charlie.

Keef,
I know you can get plans from Procut.com. At least I think thats the site. IF not, do a search on procut chainsaw mill. They have plans, but you have to buy them.
