Does anyone know why it is bad to have too high a level of corrosion inhibitor? I tried doing the test and couldn't get the sample water to turn pink and stay that way for a minute per the instructions. The manual says I need to drain water and add fresh water and retest. What is the concern with too much? Thanks. Pete
from what I could figure from doing the water test yesterday in my CB Maxim was that it puts the ph to far in one direction. like mabey to far toward base instead of acid, both of which will cause probs. but that is just my 2 cents.
