Where were we?

It touts that new lands are being protected.  Actually, it turns out that lands were taken from the National Forests, where they could be managed, and moved to the National Park Service's Wilderness Areas, where they can be preserved.  That means that many reacreational facilities may be closed, including ORV trails and campsites.

opinion:
At last, those confounded Foresters  have been locked out.  The Forests are saved.  How dare the citizens think they could tread their dirty feet into Government property?

Where will we be next time?

Yes, more public lands removed from timber management, use of motorized vehicles, oil and gas production, etc.
