Title: 066 Dual Port Muffler
Post by: Mark M on November 10, 2003, 09:54:29 AM
I'm trying to get some opinions on the dual-port muffle for the 066. Does it make a big difference? How does it affect the sound?

Thanks
Mark

Mark,
This is conjecture mind you, but I'm thinking it would be much louder.

she ended up having to have a transfusion  yesterday, two pints. :o
Feeling better today, waiting on hemo. tests before she can come home.
She's such a little imp. and she was run down by the time we found a doctor that would listen to her. >:( So she ended up behind the eight ball for a couple days. ::).
The mother-in-law's got things rolling at top speed around the house, so thats good. 8).

Mark We have a Walker dual port muffler on a 066 also have it on a 360 The saw will run alot cooler run better and have more power. But they will be quite a bit loader. We always wear a helmet with ear protection.  Carl B.

That 2100 I bought has some kind of fancy muffler on it with an outlet that must nearly 3/4" around. It be terrible loud. Gotta wear ear protection or it would scramble your brains so as you could poor 'em out your ear. :o
