Title: Bear and non feral Hogs
Post by: Stan on November 16, 2003, 11:23:05 PM
2 day season, starts today, that's why I can't sleep tonight. The State thinks all the hogs at my place are russians, that's why I can only shoot 'em durin' the season.  :-/

I'd declare myself a farm, get a bow and arrow and eat pork all year.

Too late, I've already declared it a forest, same taxes, no chance of depredations.  :-/

Could you get a depredation permit for those hogs eating tree seedlings you have planted?

Don't they allow you to have a "It's my forest" in Tennessee?   If it was "my Forest" then I think they would be "my hogs".  :D

Well the season is over. I got blown off the mountain about 12:30 yesterday. Trees fallin', wind drivin' the rain horizontally, all the hogs were smarter'n me and stayed in.  :-[
