Title: Wasp nest stung
Post by: Magicman on August 17, 2011, 01:46:52 PM
OK, I know that the nest doesn't sting, but that is what we called it when we were kids.  LadyMM has me doing honey-due stuff.  OK, it is honey-do, but she says that the jobs are "past due".

Trimming the azaleas this morning and I got into a wasp nest.  At 3 feet, I couldn't dodge fast enough, and they don't miss.  She said that I hollered like I was snake bit.   smiley_furious3   I think that she exaggerates.   :-\

Took five of em in the scar tissue on my arm the other day...THAT sucked.
Needless to say, the nest did not survive.

Red wasp got me on the upper lip, looked like I had a big wad of Garrett or was hit by Joe Fraser. :'(
