Ok guy,s here is a new one. the simple setworks has not worked in years, and it was bypassed correctly by previous owner! I sheared a key on the pulley the other day and found it MIA,ran to hardware store and got a key and it stopped working and an error code on the set works panel appeared and said a module is bad? called woodmiser and they told me to by pass it and instructions where in the manual, thats when I pulled the control panel face off and found it has already been bypassed. now hear is the kicker there is a short somewhere! when I ground the to black wires to a ground in the control panel it sparks!!!!!! then it reverts back to working as long as I leave the mill running. as soon as I turn it off it goes back to the error code on the simple setworks. HELP. I can not take time to pull it apart and search the thing for a short as we are building a timber frame garage right now and will be cutting floor joists, rafters, flooring and siding next. right now I am leaving it run until I am done sawing and then have to go into the ground wires and ground them out and sparks fly,but it goes into the normal start up run down after that and works.
