I know I like looking at the pictures people post so I thought I would give it a try. This is a log that was cut at the top of my driveway by the power company, 14 foot long about 28 inches across.

Nice 6/4 boards, 20 inches across and assorted 1 inch boards.
Looks like you had a happy day. :)
Wow.....I'll bet your Kawasaki was a breathing hard after pulling that Pine.
Very nice and it looks like you got some top quality wide boards from the Wood-Mizer.
Good job all the way around. smiley_thumbsup
Great looking pictures and post! 8)
Mule pulled the log down hill great, uphill back to the mill was a different story, could not get enough traction.
If you do many more that size/length, I would get another steerable axle on the tail end.
Good job on the posting of the pictures. Nice log to. I like them wide boards, they cover a wall fast.
Thanks for sharing the pics! Very nice log. How'd you get it onto the ramps? ???
I love it when the power company goes by. 8)
Nice log, great pix,now how did you make that step up from your ramps to the short cuts that the ramps are resting on.must be some extensions that were missing in your post.
Nice Size Log. That is the size I like milling up.
Looks like you got a nice pile of lumber out of the tree.
Thanks for sharing
What a fine log! We will have to make you a member of the wide board club ;D.

If he looks like me, he will be a member of the bored wide club. :D
The ramps were on the ground when I was loading them. I use the winch on my log arch to roll them up. The wood that the ramps are resting on I put about in the middle underneath them for added strength. Had a 36inch white oak fold one in 2. I always make sure no one is down hill from the log and it paid off that day.
Thanks for the nice pics.
Nice pictures! Your lucky the power company down here saws everythinginto fire wood or either grinds the entire tree into mulch, what a waste.

Nice looking log and log trailer/skid.
Now that you're a master at posting pics, would you mind posting a close up of the trailer/skid? I'm in need to build something similiar and would appreciate getting a closer look. I've already got the hand winch and the square tubing, just need to find an old axle to be the donor for that project.

Great work looks good Mate ;) ;D ;D 8) 8)

Dont know if this picture is close enough. I changed to a 3,000 lb harbor freight winch, wish I used the 5,500lb

also would have made it 8' long.
Thanks for the pic. That will work great!
