Title: A whack of Eastern Red Cedar
Post by: Jeff on January 04, 2002, 07:47:13 PM
Here is my stash of cedar Tom and I sawed out of one of the uglyest logs I ever saw.  The first slab was the big old rotten knot hole which we will put to use as a wall hanging. I hope to replace the taco bell dog and the beanie baby eagle with a raccoon.

I'll keep ya'll updated as I make things from my "Ugly log Lumber"

I have gotten as much a $20.00 for those sorts of knots with and without the holes all the way through.  Now, that is a whack, for logs!   The table slabs look like they should go for about $100 to $150 each.  Good luck! ;) ;)
