Just got done making some for the kids...if you never had it, you must try it.
I wish i could provide a picture, but it was gone before i could grab the camera.
There is only 1 requirement, you must have some clean snow :D (yellow snow does not work)
Take some real maple syrop and bring to a boil until 235f. gather up some clean snow onto a tray...when the syrop is ready, pouring it over the snow, take some popsicle sticks and roll up the taffey..... 8)

That is some good.
That brings back some great memories.
You can also sprinkle a layer of nuts before you roll it. :)
MooseHerder....i think we are crazy enough without adding nuts.... :D
