Title: streching leftovers

lunch 1/2 cup of gumbo mostly juice 1/2 cup of water. bring to boil. stir in 3tsp. grits simmer 20 minutes. served with a leftover baked sweet potatoe, and it was good ate it right out of the pot. the wife wernt home.

there's some carrots,celery,broccoli,half a onion, half a bell pepper and a piece of roasted chicken in the fridge. i will probably cut everything saute it till it starts to get soft then add a batch of ramen noodles that i cooked on the side to the pot and keep cooking till most of the liquid is gone. then season with a little powdered ginger and some mrs dash. gona be good and gassey too
