Title: question for jeff
Post by: jmouton on May 08, 2013, 08:04:34 PM
I remember reading something about a pig  roast  last year at you place  ,  I am new to the sawmill  industry  but learning quick  ,  my question is   ,  will there be another pig roast this year 2013  and when would it be cuz I would like to attend,  I would like to mingle with all you veterans of the industry and pick your brains in person

                                                                     thanks      jim

Jim, seems like you are in the right part of the country for the visit, and it seems like it's in August, not sure, but I know I will miss another one, travel and expense is the top priority for us,  I'm sure it is a geat time for those who can make it,    daivd

Checkout the countdown on the left side of the page just below the Hudson ad.

It is a truly great time worth going to.

Maybe you weren't supposed to read it as well since it was titled "question for Jeff"?

Sorry, I just had to weigh in

Go to this pig roast 2012 thread, and put in your zip code.

https://forestryforum.com/board/index.php/topic,58587.0.html

Google map doesn't like to spit out Harrison, MI.  Instead, takes you to Harrison Twp.

Harrison is near Clare, MI, i.e. 5 mi north

Printed out directions from the link.  Last time gps got us lost and we missed the pig roast.  I am putting them in my laptop case now. How soon do I need to make motel reservations to be sure of my wife and I getting a room?  She dosent like sleeping in a tent.  Not very often the national trappers
convention and the pig roast are close enough to attend both.
