Post by: js2743 on September 25, 2013, 06:27:40 AM
Found this on youtube and thought some of you might want to see it. By looking through this guys videos seems like he has quite a bit of things built from wood.

I've been subscribed to Matthias' youtube channel for some time.  He is definately going to be a good mechanical engineer with a good deal of hands on practical experience, something missing from most new engineering graduates.  I like his apple cider shredder!

There is some pretty major blade push off going on at the end of the cut. I dig the wooden sawmill, though.

that guy has built some pretty amazing stuff (panto router, sawmill etc.) I found him while googling workshop air filters. I built one similar to his design. I check his website now and then to see if he has anything new in the works. Very intelligent individual indeed :)

I think this is the same one I had seen while he was building it and thought it was great that someone takes basically what you could dig up anywhere anytime, buy $100 of stuff he needed and come up with a useable machine that he could, if he had to, saw some usable boards with. I doubt he goes into business with it, but applaud him for building it.
