Title: Finding land out of state?

You guys in vermont have room for a friendly fellow tree appreciater from connecticut?

Whats the best way to find land for sale out of state?  Im thinking a place to build a timber frame in the woods, hike, climb, ride atvs, etc.

I think they must be keeping that a secret. :D I think Vermont is really friendly to people building single family dwellings. ;)
