Yup, Marsh-Marigold

There seems to be several species throughout NA, in B.C. they have 2 distinct species and they are site indicator plants for the Vancouver Forest Region which includes Coastal Islands and coastal mainland in the south to the Queen Charlotte islands some 500 miles north. Does not include Islands around Prince Rupert. Found on sites with mountain hemlock and skunk cabbage

C. biflora
C. leptosepala

one pictured above is C. palustris
