I found it while searching for an Osprey image. Has Haida form and color to it.

Yes it can move rocks. Just make sure your toes aren't under it! Be sure to check your tongs, as this will dull the points.
It is hard to tell from the pic, are you using the chain adapter to pull the shrub?

No adapter, worked a chain through the tong ring and levered away! Best DGDrls
