Started working on a ms 290 today (im a Novice)on the impulse line i Cant figure where the end opposite the carb goes,This saw came to me in a box and I might have bit off more than I can handle,
Any help is greatly appreciated

Should be a little brass nipple below the intake.

Now I would think cleaning up all the parts that were in the box would be #1 on the "to do" list. ;)
