Could anyone help me to identify this tree?
I live in IL, and what will be pros and cons of this tree, to have in front of house?
I appreciate any inputs.
Have a wonderful day.

Also, does anyone know if below trees are the same ones as the one above?
I have been told that these are Ornament Pear Trees.
To me, they look really similar to the above one, but leaves look different. I might be wrong.

Picture?
Sorry, it is the first time I am on this forum and I was lost!
I uploaded the pictures, thanks!
Looks like callory / Bradford pear. It's not too late to kill them yet. Hack and squirt, basal bark treatment, chainsaw, girdle it. I'm kidding, just not a fan of them. :D

Curdog,
I did some research and am so shocked to see what I found.

It is such a beautiful tree, I am very disappointed.
Do the Ornamental Pear Trees (the ones in below) have similar problems?
Around 'here', they're known as Faux Trees; usually live 10 years or so before a windstorm gets them.
They are bad to break and split apart.
