Need more detail on what you are trying to accomplish. Actual head adjustment is via the bolts at the end of the chains that raise and lower the head. What do you need to correct?

My timberharvester all the sudden started throwing bands yesterday, to adjust tracking do I need to release tension on roller guides?

Out of the 3 mills I owned only one told me to check with a straight edge on blade to compare to bed. Seems like the right idea, not just tracking on wheels. Sorry do not have a TH.
