Title: Timber Framing Guild Course Conversion
Post by: KDEC19 on August 11, 2004, 04:28:49 PM
i am currently taking this course in Mass.  It has been great.  I will write a thorough evaluation this Saturday after the course is over.  We went to Jack Sobon house yesterday and it was very interesting indeed.  The man is the most talented builder that I have ever met.  He is very friendly and willing to answer every question.  We have visited three different sawmills.  We visited the oldest tree farm in Mass. today.  Also we visited Cowls sawmill.  This is a nine-th generation sawmill operation.  Very impressive.  We have to visit the family!!!  Will write more Saturday.  If there are any questions from any forum members please reply.  Thanks Keith D ;D
