Customer in Flintstone, GA has some trees down that they would like to have sawn into lumber.
If he has the $$$, I'll go and saw them. ;D :D
Don't know if he has the money or not but I'd be tickled to put you up for the night, MM. It's only 124 miles further east.
If they are to big for MM, pass on my info. I will travel with the Lucas.

Ok - still don't have a mill yet myself, but how do y'all saw trees? Sounds to me like he needs a logger first!!!
Good point! :D :D :D
WDH, you don't want any of that stinky billy goat stew steve_smiley
Raider Bill says that you have to marinate it in spring water Italian dressing for a day or two. I guess that Italian goats taste better than the local ones.
Well, I hear that goat up the road from you is really a smelly one- I don't know if there is a marinade that will work for him.
GMM if you are still looking they can have a look at my web site keithssawmill.com, if they are interested I would be glad to talk with them. Its about a 115 mile trip but depending on what they want done may be worth the trip. Thanks
Keith
You're not much closer to them than I am but maybe an easier drive than mine. I will pass your website address along to the prospective customer.
Flintstone appears to be a great opportunity for someone to put on a portable sawmill demonstration.
If they still need someone, Flintstone is my stomping ground.
We are in contact with the nice Lady, we will see what happens. Thanks again FF !
