Atleast Im hoping...heh...bought some pricey Cedar logs to help my son Warren fill this order for our broker...lots of oddball pieces...like the one Im about to try and cut. My mill cuts 24 feet comfortably so this 30 footer is going to be fun..

One thing I noticed was at the first of the video, the mill was not moving at all but towards the end you can see the extension flexing. Not noticable at regular speed. I think a beam in the mill floor has broken/been compromised somehow....check it out tommorow....
That was cool. And sure could detect the movement in the mill presenting it that way.
Great pics. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for that video clip.
Great video! I watched and was wondering if anyone would be willing to satisfy my curiosity and explain how to go about squaring up a cant longer than the mill deck? Is there a limit to how much longer than the deck one can mill?
