Well folks, I am growing attached to this clark, Finally got it home and steamed cleaned, Needs some TLC and looking for any one that may know a good traveling mechanic that knows clarks in my area. Western part of NH. Antrim.
I have grown to like my 1977 664B a lot. It is a wood hauling machine. Have you got any photos you can post?
No photos? What is it you want to do to it?
Hi rockwall, I found a guy to work on machine, Was looking for someone that knows about Clarks, I want to go thru machine and get it woods ready, Replacing bushing and part of assembly that runs from lower drive shaft to rear end it was shot, Gonna go over brakes, Who do you use for parts, Just keep hearing great things about the machine over all specially the tranny and winch. I have been pulling wood for 30 years and this is my first Clark. Will try to post some photos

i'd like to see that as well.
Looks just like a 664 except its older and says 662 :) :) I will try taking a pic with either the tablet or my wifes iphone on the weekend when my 9 yr old grandson is here to help me out as I am tech challenged.
662 skidder had a 28000 3 speed tranmission similar to 667/668 machines, also has wet brake on the back of trans that runs in trans oil. Also had only one steer cylinder. 664 had 2420 trans 2 speed with hi and lo range and dry brake.
