Title: tractor info
Post by: Klicker on April 16, 2015, 03:30:08 PM
Could anyone with contact info for tractor salvage yards please pm me with web site or phone #?  I cracked the front rim or center dish on my 1983 Allis Chalmers 5050 4x4.

I've had good luck with Steiner and Abilene Machine, the latter has new and used parts at decent prices, both have good websites. If they don't have it, they would know who would. ;)

I know you're a long ways away but Stromps Salvage in Spaulding Nebraska or Eisenmann Supplies Inc. in Madison Nebraska is usually where I go, freight might be a killer though  :-\.

I will let you know how it works. I can't use it my tractor with only three wheels. I have someone looking at making a new centre for it. Rod

I want to thank everyone for there help. Still no luck I have decided to have a centre make and welded in by a local tractor mechanic who is very good at making parts he can't find. I d not think I could  buy and have one shipped here for what he said he could do it for. I have been dealing with him for over twenty years so I trust him. Rod
