after almost 3 months of trying i finally got started on solar kiln about 3:00 this afternoon :). it went pretty good i got the floor, front and side walls up. 4' at the front 12' at the back it looks really tall :o but should work out fine. floor is 8' x 12'. it was to dark to get any pics when i got last wall up but will try to get some tomorrow if i can get in before dark!!! :)
Been working on my kiln for 3 weeks and you almost are catching up with me. I've got top on and outside walls, starting on inside walls today. Good work, I guess your speed has something to do with being 20 years younger. :)
xlogger i did cheat a little i had several 4x8 wall panels from another project so i just had to nail them together. only had to cut 2 of them for roof slope and 1 to 4x4 ;D :D

didnt do much to it today to much trouble at the mill ::)
Sorry for your trouble on mill but I'm happy I'm a little in front of you. I hate that I started 3 weeks before you and you might finish first >:(
trouble just goes with milling doesnt matter whether it a portable band or circle i dont know about finishing my kiln first your making good progress on it :)
