after not sawing after since friday everything was working fine when i cut mill off friday afternoon. started up this morning and engine on hyd pump was really hard to start then smoked to beat all for about 30-45 seconds then cleared up made maybe 3 cuts and started loosing power then locked up :'(. so i came home and robbed engine from other mill and got it back going just before lunch. so after lunch started it back up and finished log and loaded next log took off first slab then turned log to get next slab and about 1/2 way through the cut guide bearing locked up >:( nearest bearing was an hour away so i got it back together about 3:30 this afternoon. i normally keep a spare bearing but had used the last 1 and hadnt been any where to pick them up.but i have spares now ;D :D
so totoal for the day was 9 1/2 hrs and 350bdft :o

The gremlins got into my mill yesterday on a portable job, stopped the head from going down! It's not the drum switch. The light on the H-Bridge still goes on when I hit the down. Up works fine. Reversed polarity on up/down motor to get mill home.
